Born on 17 July 1986 in Olomouc, marrieds, 2 children.

Completed Master degree studies at the University of Defence, Faculty of Military Technology in Aircraft Electronic Systems (2010) and doctoral programme in Electronic Systems and Equipment field at the Faculty of Military Technology of the University of Defence (2013).

In the years of 2013-2014, he was appointed deputy leader of electronic maintenance flight at the 22nd helicopter base. Since 20014, he has worked for the Air Force Department in the position of senior lecturer under the air traffic group.

His scientific research focuses on simulation technologies and human factor in the context of boosting air traffic safety. He had several international research fellowship stays – George Mason University, USA (2019), Cranfield University, UK (2017), Polish Air Force Academy, Poland (2016) and University of Hertfordshire, UK (2011). He has been invited to lectures for international conferences. Every year he is a board member of international/national congresses, symposia or scientific conferences where he often chairs a syndicate. He plays expert role in SCI-339 Research Specialist Team under NATO Science and Technology Organization. He is the author or a contributor to more than 50 technical publications and a regular peer reviewer in impact journals. His H index in the international databases is Scopus – 7, WoS – 4. He has engaged in the projects for the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, Slovak and Czech MODs and Czech Ministry of Education. 

He mainly teaches aircraft navigation and simulation technology usage in air industry. He has tutored final theses and led supporting teachers and researchers. He has been a member of state final examination committees for the Czech Technical University in Prague – Department of Air Transport, VSB – Technical University of Ostrava – Air Transport Institute and for the University of Defence – Air Force Department. He contributes to the bring-up process of new students by teaching technical issues within the doctoral degree programmes. Since 2015, he has been a member of the EU/NATO expert working team under European Union Air Force Academies (EUAFA) for teaching and training in aircraft branches.
