The Disciplinary Board is a self-governing academic body of the University of Defence established in accordance with Section 7(1)(e) of the Higher Education Act. The Commission shall hear disciplinary offences committed by students who are not enrolled for study at any of the faculties of the University. Its competence is defined by the Higher Education Act, the Statute of the University and the Disciplinary Regulations for Students of the University of Defence in Brno.
